CAPCA is a Consortium of six agencies. The organization is comprised of Caritas Departments of the Catholic Dioceses of Kampala Archdiocese, Kasana – Luweero, Kiyinda – Mityana, Masaka and Lugazi and one secular non-government organizations Tusuubira Women’s Development Agency (TWDA) covering 24 districts.
